USCIS has announced that the H-1B visa regular cap (65,000) and the Master’s cap (20,000) for Fiscal Year 2026 have been met. They will no longer accept new cap-subject petitions. However, USCIS will continue to process petitions exempt from the cap, including those for current H-1B workers previously counted and retaining their cap number.
