Key Highlights:

• Family-Based: The F-2A category (spouses and young children of Green Card holders) saw some advancement across all countries. The F-4 category (siblings of U.S. citizens) also saw a two-month advancement for most countries except India and Mexico. Most other family-based categories remained unchanged.
• Employment-Based: For EB-3 India, there was a slight advancement of two weeks. EB-5 India retrogressed by six months. All other employment-based categories saw no change in final action dates.

• EB-4: The EB-4 category remains unavailable for all countries through September 30, 2025.
• USCIS Action: USCIS will accept adjustment of status applications in May 2025 based on the Final Action Dates chart.

• Check the Visa Bulletin carefully to determine your priority date and whether a visa is available to you.
• If your priority date is before the listed date, you may be able to take the next steps in your application process.
• USCIS is using the Final Action Dates chart for employment-based categories, so ensure your priority date is current according to that chart.
• Be aware that visa availability can change, and retrogression (dates moving backward) is possible, especially for categories with high demand.
• EB-5 India retrogressed significantly, so those applicants should take note.
